Hi, I'm Colleen, one of the Intenet Client Advisors here at DCH Montclair Acura. Let me see if I can tell you a little about me and about the work I do here. I've been in the business awhile and I'm a new grandmother. My daughter has a baby girl who is now two and it's so wonderful!
Having been in the car business for so long you can count on the fact that I know the process of buying a car inside and out. At the same time that you get an advisor with me who is very calm, I also know, without a shadow of a doubt, that when I answer your questions or make a suggestion, or steer you this way or that as we work together - that my advice is sound. Here at DCH we work FOR CUSTOMERS - our clients. This entire organization is built around putting you first. That has always struck a cord with me. I like that way of doing business and for 6 years now at DCH Montclair Acura I have had to chance to work for an organization that has the same upstanding mindset that I do and we put customer's first.
That makes it very easy to come to work. I represent a great product line and even though it's our job to create customer satisfaction, it's my privilege to get satisfaction over seeing how satisfied you are in the job I do and we do here at Montclair Acura.
